Measuring a person's blood pressure is a routine part of every physical exam. The results can predict long-term health risks, assess suitability for certain physical activities, help manage many types of medical problems, and determine eligibility for insurance. The procedure is done to screen for high blood pressure (hypertension), a major risk factor for serious conditions, such as stroke, kidney failure, and the leading killer in the United States--cardiovascular disease.
 

Mercury manometers are the Gold standard for checking blood pressure.  Currently, we are offering an annual service at a flat rate per manometer.  We will pickup*, clean the unit including the mercury tube, check the level of the mercury, replace the bulb if necessary and assure that your mercury manometer is functioning at peak performance.

 Flat rate per manometer, bulb and mercury included when needed, is $30.00. 

 * No travel charge in Duval County, Florida.  Travel at $40.00 per hour, portal to portal outside Duval County.
